We are asking our supporters to make a #PledgeForSeb in 2018.  A #PledgeForSeb is a new year's resolution with a difference - an opportunity to do something to help the Trust and share it on social media.

Whether it be volunteering a few hours as a one-off to help with an event for our families or taking on a fundraising initiative, the only limit is your imagination!

As the Trust approaches its 15th year, here are some ideas based around the number 15 to get you started:

- Hold a supper club in aid of the Trust, charging friends £15 to attend

- Undertake a personal challenge, for example a sponsored 15 mile bike ride or a weight loss programme to lose 15lb

- Volunteer 15 days for us during 2018

Of course, your pledge doesn't have to be based around the number 15. All offers of support, in whatever form they take, are all gratefully received. Once you have decided upon your Pledge, we ask you to share the details on social media. Simple instructions can be found here and a PDF of the Pledge for Seb poster is available to download here.

New for 2018 are our special #PledgeforSeb selfie frames. Tell us about your pledge and we will try to get a photo of you!

Whatever your Pledge for Seb, it will go a long way to helping us support families of children with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions.
