About us
Sebastian’s Action Trust exists to support families caring for a life-limited or life-threatened child across Hampshire, Berkshire and the surrounding communities, offering care, community and moments of joy when they’re needed most.
Founded in 2004 and inspired by the wish of a remarkable nine-year-old boy, everything we do is rooted in one simple belief: families facing the toughest challenges deserve time together, understanding and support that truly wraps around them.

Who we are
We are a family-focused charity supporting children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and everyone who loves and cares for them across Hampshire, Berkshire and nearby areas. Our work is shaped by compassion, dignity and the power of community.

The Bluebells is our heart and home, a welcoming, fully accessible family centre in North Waltham, Hampshire. It’s a place where families can relax, recharge and feel part of a community that understands.
