Who we work with

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity

Supports families who have a child aged 0–18 with a life-threatening or terminal illness, offering practical and emotional support at home, in hospital and in the community.

Naomi House

Provides specialist hospice care and family support for children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, including short breaks, symptom support and bereavement care.

Swings and Smiles

Supports disabled children and their families through inclusive play, short breaks and emotional support, creating spaces where families can relax and feel understood.

Soundabout

Provides music and sensory sessions for people with complex disabilities, helping children and families connect, communicate and enjoy music in an accessible way.

George’s Rockstars

Delivers music sessions for children and young people, building confidence, expression and connection through singing, instruments and shared music-making.

Together for Short Lives – the UK charity that works to ensure every child with a life-limiting condition can access high-quality palliative care and family support.

National Council for Child Health and Well-being (NCCHW) – a UK-wide council made up of more than 50 professional groups, working together to improve the health and welfare of children and young people. The council meets regularly to share intelligence, identify emerging issues, and help shape national policy.

Rainbow Trust is the secretariat

Disabled Children’s Partnership – a coalition of more than 130 organisations campaigning for better education, health and social care support for disabled children, young people and their families.
