In line with HMRC charity compliance measures taking effect from 2026, donations and legacies must be applied solely towards our charitable purposes, and we will manage donations in accordance with updated rules on tainted donations, charitable investments and attributable income.
4. Fundraising and Events
When registering for events or fundraising activities, additional terms may apply.
We carry out all fundraising in accordance with the Revised Code of Fundraising Practice (Nov 2025), including requirements around transparency, responsible fundraising, due diligence, ID for fundraisers, processing fees, online giving platform requirements and legacy fundraising standards.
We reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel events when necessary.
Thirdparty fundraisers acting on our behalf must comply with the Code of Fundraising Practice and follow our internal guidance.
